Guisset wants back into NRL

He's a Frenchman with an Australian accent playing rugby league in England.
But ask Jerome Guisset where he'd like to ply his trade and he doesn't miss a beat.
"I wouldn't mind to have a go and get a call (to the National Rugby League)," said Guisset, after training with the French side preparing for the World Sevens at Aussie Stadium this weekend.
"I'm still on contract over there (in England with Super League club Warrington) but it's always good to hear that somebody's interested. It gives you a bit of an option.
"Me and my wife are definitely planning to come back here, I'm not sure whether it'll be to play footy or just to retire."
The 24-year-old Guisset has played in the NRL before, making five first grade appearances for the Canberra Raiders in 1999.
Guisset joined the Wolves in 2000 and was impressive playing for France in the World Cup that same year.
Despite being courted by the New Zealand Warriors, he opted to return to Warrington and, after a solid 2001 season, was signed to a three-year deal.
With talent scouts out in force at the World Sevens this weekend, Guisset will be looking to impress in a bid to break back into the NRL.
Up to six NRL clubs are chasing NZ Maori star Willie Bishop, who bagged four tries in the Sevens qualifiers at St Marys on Wednesday.
