Royal Ascot is the centrepiece of the British social calendar. The highlight of the meet is the final Saturday with the Queen in attendance for the Diamond Jubilee Stakes - won in 2012 by Australia's own Black Caviar!

The Event

This world famous race meeting dates back to 1711 when it was founded by Queen Anne. The event takes place every June and draws over 300,000 spectators annually. Saturday's Group One Diamond Jubilee Stakes forms part of the Global Sprint Challenge series.

Saturday 24 June - Grand Finale Day

The final day of the Royal Meeting always provides a dramatic climax, featuring one of the world’s most important sprint races - the Diamond Jubilee Stakes. As the second British leg of the Global Sprint Challenge, it is also Britain’s joint most valuable sprint race, alongside the Darley July Cup at Newmarket.

Fanatics Day Trip

Fanatics coach day trip is the perfect way to experience this incredible English tradition and includes return coach travel, entry to the Windsor Enclosure at Royal Ascot, plus complimentary champagne on arrival.

The Ascot Windsor Enclosure creates an awesome atmosphere and provides an excellent position to watch the Royal procession and all the racing action both live & on the big screens. It offers full bar, catering, entertainment & betting facilities.

We encourage everyone to get right into the thoroughbred racing spirit to enjoy a good old fashioned day at the track, complete with shirt & tie for the colts and favourite dress & headwear for the fillies.

Feel free to bring along your own picnic with one bottle of sparkling wine allowed per person (the rule is you must have a substantial food hamper with you to be allowed to enter with a bottle of bubbly).

Whether you're travelling on your own or with a bunch of mates or a large group, it's an absolute cracker of a day and a great way to meet a whole bunch of new people.
