  • Things to know, before you go!

Been on tour and made a mistake packing what you didn't need, missed something you wish you saw... Make sure no-one else makes the same mistake as you - let them know by posting below!

    For example,
Did you miss something you wish you'd known about?
Did you pack something, and never used it?
Did you NEED something you didn't pack and had to go in search of it?
Should you have brought extra toilet paper to the campsite?

In particular, looking for different advice to what is already available in the FAQ's...

Share your learning experience so others can learn from your 'mistake'.

    Thanks

I'd really like to hear more, as this is my first trip to Pamplona.

I'm planning on flying into Amsterdam June 30 then making my way down.

What is the best part of the festival, beginning, middle or end?

What is the camping scene like? Cheapest hotels, or places to crash in groups, hostels etc?

The opening ceremony is fantastic. Buy the whites and scarf. Take lots of pics - the before and after photos are hilarious!! For the opening ceremony, get one of the little sangria bladders and a few bottles of the cheap sangria. Don't be prissy about getting wet or about wetting strangers with the sangria.

I personally think the bullfighting is absolutely disgusting and would NEVER go see a fight. In fact, the whole thing is pretty cruel Makes me sad.

We paid to go up to one of the balconies to watch the actual run - great view down the main street (not sure if Fanatics offer that though..)
