Pre-Departure Information

Here's what to bring along with you to Munich:

The Essentials

  • Copy of your Fanatics Tax Invoice
  • Passport (a visa is not required for Aussies & Kiwis)
  • Some Euros in cash so you have cash available on arrival (there’s no ATM at the campsite)

Clothes

  • While days are usually warm, evenings do get cool so bring along a variety of clothing for warm, cool &/or rainy weather.
  • Closed shoes - those steins do break occasionally!

Campsite passengers

  • Sleeping bag & small pillow
  • A small padlock for locking your tent zippers

Travel Insurance

Travelling without travel insurance is a recipe for disaster. Get it now!

Don't forget to bring along:

  • Travel insurance policy number & your insurer's emergency contact details;
  • List of personal emergency contact numbers;
  • Record of all personal items in case of loss & making an insurance claim (eg. passport number, flight info, travellers cheque details, etc). Leave one copy at home and bring one copy with you.
