The Adelaide Crows have been given a boost ahead of the AFL season with extra time for several star players in local leagues this weekend.

Champion forward Jason Porpylzia and 2009 best and fairest winner Bernie Vince will line up in the SANFL for a bonus hit-out ahead of the season opener against Fremantle on March 28.

Melbourne's emerging young forward Jack Watts will also make his way back via the seconds.

Watts, who is listed as injured, will make a comeback along with Matthew Bate and Colin Garland.

Key Carlton players Marc Murphy and Jarrad Waite are also in for extra match practice as is Collingwood's Sean Rusling.

Port Adelaide will have star goalsneak Daniel Motlop running out for the SANFL while veteran St Kilda ruckman Michael Gardiner will also be given extra game time.
