Blackmore was 23rd out of the 24 competitors, collecting 73.05 points from the four apparatus - hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon.

The 20-year-old was never in the hunt to qualify for the final with only the top 10 gymnasts going through.

Russian Alina Kabaeva was the top qualifier with 105.875 points.
