Rain has halted play for a second time in the England and Australia triangular series one day match at Edgbaston.

England had made a brisk start to its pursuit of a revised target of 200 off 33 overs to beat Australia and is one for 37 after six overs, hitting 29 runs in the three overs bowled since the previous rain delay.

Andrew Strauss was the batsman dismissed, caught by Jason Gillespie off the bowling of Glenn McGrath.

Marcus Trescothick is 11 not out.

20 overs must be completed for a result.

Australia made nine for 261 from its 50 overs. Andrew Symonds top scored for Australia with 74 off 75 balls and put on 101 in 15 overs with Michael Hussey, who scored 45 off 42 deliveries.
