New South Wales fast bowler Stuart Clark is out of the Australia A team and Victorian paceman Shane Harwood has withdrawn from the Prime Minister's XI match due to injury.

Clark (muscle strain) will not be replaced for Australia A's matches against England and Sri Lanka this month.

But national selectors have opted to replace Harwood (back) with fellow Victorian Michael Lewis for the PM XI's clash next Tuesday with England at Canberra.

Coincidentally both Clark and Harwood picked up their injuries in NSW's ING Cup one day clash against Victoria at the SCG last Sunday.

The Australia A squad for the day-night matches against England in Sydney on December 8 and Sri Lanka in Brisbane (December 14) will now consist of 12 players.

Revised Australia A squad: Justin Langer (captain, WA), Jimmy Maher (vice-captain, Qld), Greg Blewett (SA), Nathan Bracken (NSW), Michael Clarke (NSW), Ryan Campbell (WA), Nathan Hauritz (Qld), Brad Hogg (WA), Michael Hussey (WA), Ashley Noffke (Qld), Andrew Symonds (Qld), Brad Williams (WA).

Revised PM's XI: Mark Waugh (captain, NSW), Matthew Bradley (NSW), Lee Carseldine (Qld), David Dawson (ACT), Brad Haddin (NSW), Mark Higgs (SA), Simon Katich (NSW), Michael Lewis (Vic), Ashley Noffke (Qld), Paul Rofe (SA), Cameron White (Vic). 12th man: Ben Dennett.
