AFL's Dream Team and Vic squads named

Irishman Tadgh Kennelly and AFL players from all Australian states bar Victoria have been named in a 40-man Dream Team squad.

The Dream Team, coached by Port Adelaide's Mark Williams, will play Victoria at the MCG on May 10.

The Adelaide Crows have provided the most players - seven - of any club in the squad, with five from Geelong.

There are 15 South Australians, 12 Western Australians, four New South Welshmen, four from the Northern Territory, two Queenslanders, one Tasmanian, one from the ACT, and Kennelly, selected in the squad, which was announced on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Geelong has eight players, the most of any AFL team, named in Victoria's 40-man squad to play the Dream Team.

Players from 13 teams were also named in the Victorian squad on Tuesday, to be coached by Geelong's premiership coach Mark Thompson, to play the Dream Team at the MCG on May 10.
