A fully recovered Daniel Bradshaw looks set to make up for lost time when he finally runs out for the Brisbane Lions against Melbourne at the MCG on Sunday.

Bradshaw has been named in a 25-strong Lions squad along with classy midfielder Travis Johnstone, Justin Sherman and rookie Scott Clouston.

Key forward Bradshaw returns after being sidelined for a fortnight with hamstring tightness, stalling his run at the Coleman Medal.

He was flying high with 43 goals from 11 games before injury struck.

All the signs point to Bradshaw resuming his goal kicking form against the lowly Demons.

The Lions full forward has kicked 23 goals in his last three matches against Melbourne.

Despite his injury hiccup, Bradshaw is the leading Lions goalkicker and still fourth in the overall Coleman Medal stakes.

But he does trail leader Lance Franklin of Hawthorn by 18 goals.

Meanwhile, Johnstone (hamstring) has been cleared to play his former club Melbourne for the second time in two months after passing a fitness test at training.

Johnstone was injured in the round 11 massacre at the hands of the Western Bulldogs and was a late withdrawal for last Saturday night's 13-point win over Adelaide.

Sherman (back) also returns after missing one week.

Clouston, 21, has been named on the extended interchange bench after being elevated to the senior list on Thursday morning in place of retired ruckman Beau McDonald.

The 193cm key position prospect has starred for the reserves outfit the Suncoast Lions in recent weeks playing up forward, down back and in the ruck.

Draftee Lachlan Henderson is the only omission from the side that came from behind to seal a gutsy win over the Crows at the Gabba.

The squad will be trimmed to the final 22 on Friday.
