The majority of the victorious Australian cricket team flies out of Bangladesh for home on Saturday following clean sweeps in both the Test and one-day series.

The world No.1 side completed the tour on Friday with a resounding nine-wicket one-day win over the deflated Tigers at Fatullah Stadium.

Young South Australian Mark Cosgrove enjoyed a sensational debut by scoring 74 off 69 balls as Australia coasted to the victory target of 125 in the 23rd over.

The Australian side has an extended break from international duties with its next set of fixtures a short one-day tournament in the lead up to October's Champions Trophy in India.

The Test side does not play again until the opening match of the much-anticipated Ashes series starting in Brisbane on November 23.
