Brumbies sack coach Friend

The Brumbies have sacked coach Andy Friend just two matches into the Super Rugby season.
The sacking follow reports of dissension in the player ranks at the Canberra-based franchise.
Friend was in the final year of a three-year contract, after the team finished seventh in 2009 and seventh in 2010.
They beat the Chiefs in the first round this season before suffering a shock one-point loss to newcomers the Melbourne Rebels last Friday.
The Brumbies are scheduled to hold a media conference at 1200 AEDT.
