Grimes named Rising Star for round 14

Melbourne's Jack Grimes has been named the AFL's round 14 Rising Star nomination.
Grimes, 20, was best afield in the Demons' win over West Coast at the MCG last Saturday, a victory which would have raised the spirits of club great Jim Stynes, who is battling cancer.
Playing just his ninth career game, Grimes gathered 29 disposals, 16 marks and laid five tackles.
Grimes was chosen with pick No.14 in the 2007 national draft and made his debut in round 22 last year, and has played eight games this season.
