Hewitt pulls out of Hamburg event

Australia's Lleyton Hewitt has pulled out of the ATP tour event in Hamburg next week with a toe injury.
The Australian Open finalist has recently withdrawn from events in Miami, Monte Carlo and Rome due to injuries.
The world No.3 has set his sights on being fit for the World Team Cup in Dusseldorf, running from May 15 to May 21.
