Incoming St George Illawarra coach Steve Price has added two more signings to his playing roster for 2012, with forwards Will Matthews and Jeremy Latimore agreeing to join the NRL club.

Matthews is currently with the Gold Coast, but will join the Dragons in November on a two-year deal that will see him through until at least the end of the 2013 season.

The 23-year-old can play either front row or backrow and has shown signs he's one of the most promising young forwards in the game.

Latimore, 24, has agreed to a one-year contract with the premiers after compiling 31 NRL appearances for Parramatta and most recently, the Warriors.

Price, the Dragons assistant who will take over the head coaching role at the end of the year when Wayne Bennett joins Newcastle, also signed Melbourne centre Chase Stanley in April.
