Canberra winger Daniel Vidot has paid the price for poor form, left out of the Raiders' team to play Manly at Brookvale Oval on Monday night.

Only last week, Vidot was named in Queensland's 25-man squad for the first State of Origin match on May 25.

His place has been taken by Reece Robinson.

Forwards Brett White, captain Alan Tongue and Danny Galea come into the starting side, with Glen Buttriss and Trevor Thurling moving back to the bench.

David Shillington will miss the game with a pectoral injury and will have scans shortly to determine the extent of the damage.

The Raiders' season is in dire straits as they try to snap a seven-match losing streak.

Raiders: Josh Dugan, Blake Ferguson, Jarrod Croker, Joel Thompson, Reece Robinson, Josh McCrone, Matt Orford, Dane Tilse, Alan Tongue (capt), Brett White, Danny Galea, Bronson Harrison, Shaun Fensom. Interchange: Glen Buttriss, Josh Miller, Tom Learoyd-Lahrs, Trevor Thurling, Sam Mataora (one to be omitted).
