The New South Wales Waratahs will look to maintain their winning run in the Super 12 when they host the Sharks at Aussie Stadium.

The Waratahs started the season with a stunning win over last year's finalists, the Crusaders, and are aiming to secure more competition points in their first home game.

The Queensland Reds are looking to erase a horror start when they take on the Chiefs at Ballymore.

The Reds are counting on halfback Josh Valentine recovering from a quad muscle injury, and he'll be given until as late as possible to prove his fitness.

Kick-off for the NSW game is 7pm AEDT and the Queensland match at 9pm AEDT (8pm local time).

Meanwhile, the ACT Brumbies smashed the Cats 68-28 at Canberra Stadium on Friday night, with lock Mark Chisholm scoring two tries.
