Pratt to challenge rough conduct charge

North Melbourne defender Daniel Pratt will challenge a rough conduct charge at the AFL tribunal tonight.

Pratt was booked following an incident involving Collingwood's Josh Fraser on Saturday night at the MCG.

If the charge is upheld he will be suspended for one match, the same sanction as he would have received from an early guilty plea.

Melbourne defender Matthew Whelan has accepted a one-match sanction for striking Carlton spearhead Brendan Fevola, ruling him out of Sunday's clash with Brisbane.

St Kilda's Leigh Montagna and Andrew Lovett have accepted $900 fines for wrestling each other.

And West Coast onballer Chad Fletcher has been fined $1,950 for making negligent contact with umpire Hayden Ryan during Sunday's game against Port Adelaide.
